Handling
Handle your scrumptious creation with utmost care! Keep the cake box upright, steady, and level. And remember, when it's time to transport your cake, always make sure to pick up and carry the cake box from the bottom only. Absolutely no top or side grabs allowed!
Transportation
To ensure the optimal integrity of your cake, kindly place the cake box in a climate-controlled vehicle. For cakes of small to medium size, we recommend positioning the box securely in the footwell of the front passenger seat. When transporting, please exercise caution, maintaining a slow pace and avoiding abrupt stops or turns.
Storage
To preserve the freshness of your cake, it is crucial to promptly transfer the cake box into the refrigerator. Please keep the cake safely nestled in its box until the designated serving time. Ensure that the cake box remains shielded from direct sunlight and any heat-emitting sources.
Serving
For an exceptional gustatory experience, with a delectably tender texture, it is advised to retrieve the cake box from the refrigerator 1-2 hours in advance of serving. Allow the cake to reach room temperature while still encased in its box.
Before indulging in the scrumptious delight, we kindly request that you remove all cake decorations. Our comprehensive cake portion guide will serve as a helpful reference when determining the appropriate number of slices.
Shelflife
For proper storage of our delectable cakes and cupcakes, refrigeration is advised. From the date of your purchase, kindly note the following shelf life:
-Cupcakes: 24 hours when refrigerated
-Cakes: 48 hours when refrigerated.
Non edible decorations
We would like to inform you that certain components or decorations of the cake may be non-edible, such as figurines, toppers, or cake dowels.
